Terms of Service

These terms govern use of software and services provided by Brightstack Labs ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to them.

The service

Brightstack Labs provides booking and customer-communication tools for local service businesses, including missed-call text-back, online booking pages, and appointment reminder messaging.

Acceptable use

• You may only send messages to consumers who have initiated contact with your business or otherwise consented to receive them.
• You may not use the service for unsolicited marketing, spam, or any unlawful purpose, and you must comply with applicable messaging regulations (including US A2P messaging rules).
• You must honor opt-out requests: any consumer who replies STOP must receive no further messages.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or that put our messaging infrastructure at risk.

Accounts and billing

Paid plans are billed as a recurring subscription through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of your business data and your customer list. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." Message delivery depends on telecom carriers and other third parties we do not control, and we do not guarantee that every message will be delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
