Brightstack Labs ("we," "us") builds booking and customer-communication software for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Text messages are sent only after a consumer initiates contact with a business — by calling it, booking an appointment, or requesting information. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages. Consumers can opt out of all messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile opt-in and consent data are never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We share information only with: (a) the business a consumer contacted, so it can serve that consumer; (b) service providers that help us run the platform (such as telecom and payment providers), bound by their own confidentiality obligations; and (c) authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with industry-standard technical and organizational measures.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@brightstacklabs.io. Consumers can stop all SMS by replying STOP to any message.
